Please provide full description of character and/or references upon placing commission. I reserve the right to deny any commission if it is seen as surpassing the abilities i possess.
You will receive vrm and rights to edit as you see fit with credits as Vtube Mama. All model files will be kept in case any edits are needed/wanted at any time

Terms of Service
1. All assets will only be given when full payment is received
2. Payment plans are accepted
3. I have full rights to use work as examples and to promote myself
4. Refunds can only be requested before work has begun or if I cannot continue work on the asset (any in progress assets will be given to you free of charge if the case were to be that I am unable to continue, however I will not provide you with in progress work if you are to request a refund)
5. If I am unable to complete parts of the work, I will refer you to other artists who can continue
6. Due to my own comfort and experience, I am unable to do models that are:
Nsfw (suggestive is fine)
Mecha
Non-humanoid
Require major work outside of vroid studio (minor work such as mesh fixes and changes are fine)
7. If complications are to arise where the customer chooses to refund the product before completion, rights are given up to myself and I am able to sell or discard as I see fit
